CRIME DIME FUTSAL
Bayside FC Crime Dime Futsal is a supplemental futsal program for all interested players – inside or outside the club.
Futsal-specific training within their teams a minimum of once a week, December – February (Main Futsal Season) . Teams will enter a league that runs from December to January. Teams will have options to participate in tournaments.
We believe that futsal aids in the development of soccer players in many ways, with two major benefits:
1. Speed of Play
Given that the players play in a much smaller space, they will learn to make faster decisions though more encounters, while also learning ways to create more time through spacing and use of their body.
2. Technical Ability
Players will improve their 1v1 ability, creativity, and confidence on the ball. Within a futsal game, players have increased opportunities to be on the ball due to the nature of the game. This allows players extra and ample chances to test their skills and experiment on the ball.
