Bayside FC Bolts Strength & Conditioning Program

For the Sixth consecutive year our teams will be enrolled in a strength and conditioning program throughout the Indoor season. Sessions will be directed by our coaching staff, concentrating on improving our players strength not only physically but also on the mental aspects of the game. The sessions will play a big part in giving our teams an edge on the field over our competition.Sessions will run for 20 weeks throughout the winter.
